INTA CROP TECHNOLOGY, S.L. guarantees that the collection and processing of data will always comply with current legislation on the protection of personal data.

(hereinafter “INTA”) complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, and will adapt its practices to any other rule that complements or replaces the previous ones.
This Privacy Policy applies to all Users who access the Services through browsing.

• Purpose 1: Provision of services related to the development and installation of advanced fertigation and climate control systems. To perform contracted services, manage billing, and ensure proper service delivery, including online user identification.
• Purpose 2: Maintenance of commercial and/or contractual relationships with clients or suppliers.
• Purpose 3: Management of requests for information, suggestions, or complaints.
• Purpose 4: Management of employment relationships (for INTA employees).
• Purpose 5: Sending information and/or advertising about INTA’s products and services. This includes communications about services, improvements, updates, promotions, or industry-related information via any medium (WhatsApp, email, phone calls, etc.). Users may object to receiving such communications at any time by contacting info@inta.com.es.
• Purpose 6: Management of resumes (CVs). Personal data from submitted CVs will be processed to evaluate candidates for current or future job openings. CVs will be retained for a maximum of one year, unless the applicant requests their deletion.
• Purpose 7: Security of persons and facilities. Video surveillance may be used to ensure safety; recordings will be kept for up to one month.

The User authorizes the processing of their personal data solely for the purposes described above.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

The communication of personal data via contact forms is voluntary, and the legal basis for processing such data is the User’s express consent.

Sending an email to info@inta.com.es implies express acceptance of data processing under this policy.

6. Users’ Rights

Users may, at any time, withdraw consent and exercise the following rights:

• Access, rectification, deletion (“right to be forgotten”), opposition, limitation, and portability.
• Not to be subject to automated individual decisions.

INTA and its staff are bound by professional secrecy and have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.

Suppliers are required by contract to maintain confidentiality and adopt security measures consistent with GDPR requirements.

If a security breach occurs, INTA will investigate, notify the supervisory authority, and, if necessary, inform affected users.
Users expressly authorize INTA to send periodic communications (including email) with information about INTA’s activities, news, and services.

Job applications (CVs) will be stored for one year.
